Hi. I had this problem once before and someone (I guess Ted the Tech) went in and manually changed it. The deal is that I need to list a new email address, but I'm unable to change it in my profile. Each time I list the address, a dialog box tells me that the address is "illegal." Or on the occasions when I don't get the dialog box, it just fails to save the new address and displays the old one. The address is p_s_personal-mail@cfl.rr.com. Thanks so much. Yikes. It created a hyperlink which obsures the underscores. The address is p underscore s underscore ... you can figure the rest out, I bet.

It may be the cfl.rr.com that makes it illegal for their system. My guess is you cannot have a subdomain email address (the two dots). Why not just created a free gmail account? It's free and easy. Two of my favorite traits in anything. LOL.
