Elle at 47 is looking really good lately. I especially like the way her brow area is full.
She must get peels because her body is full of sun spots but her face is not.
Dead giveaway of her age is her hands.

Retin-a on the hands, arms, neck, and chest, along with sunscreen prevent that. It's a lot more difficult to fix those problems even with peels/lasers than the ones on the face because there are fewer pilosebaceous units and the blood supply isn't as good so you can't remove as much tissue without scarring. But it doesn't look like she's even tried to fix them.

What is going on with that white line on the bottom edges of her teeth? Is that some artifact with the camera, or bad cosmetic dentistry?

This is why I get a full body sunspot/freckle/cherry angioma "clean up" once a year.

Different lasers for different things. First I get laser hair removal girl to zap as many as possible (everything incl. he cherry angiomas), that is with the LightSheer diode and I guess its sort of used off-label but it works excellently although doesn't always get the C.A. When I'm in Richmond I go to a derm there just for the cherry angiomas (I HATE those nasty f*%^s, so I can get obsessive with them. She uses the YAG and some of them she cauterizes. I'm very happy I started doing this as I don't have any dark spots, just the more golden ones that don't really stand out. Its taken years to get to this point. I still have more cherry angiomas to zap in the fall.

She grew up in Australia and assuming that she spent lots of time frolicking on the beach for the first 30 years of her life (and probably more), during an era when tanned skin was promoted as healthy and appealing (up until the early 90's) isn't it too late for prevention? I have the same problem but I'm not a supermodel. :-) And thankfully not as tanned as she is. Maybe she has not tried to fix the sun damage on the other parts of her body because of the inherent risks and/or futility of it? Once your skin is that tanned all over your body and you're 47, it seems (at least in my own experience) you're pretty much stuck with it.

She must've used hormones to maintain her youthful appearance. Her roots look like she doesn't have many grey hairs yet which is strange for her age. Seeing as how the average female begins to see her first grey strands at age 28-29, (according to some yahoo page) and the greys generally begin to get much more noticeable by late 30's it doesn't seem natural that she should still have like 98% all of her hair pigment still at 47.

Not sure about the relationship between hormones and greying hair. I'm inclined to think it's the opposite of what you would think. My 90 year old mother has never taken a hormone in her life and is only about 40% grey even now. Very 'hormonal' men seem to grey very quickly, but this is just a very unscientific personal observation...

I see a few greys - I bet she has her roots painted to the closest match to cover the gray. Then -
She looks like her ends are painted not foiled to give that ombre/ surfer girl effect. Every since Giselle (every colorist I have been to in NYC and LA do the clients who request this look- I don't have it done but asked and have been next to people who are getting it done) will dye the roots if the base is grey or natural color is too ashy/mousy- then paint the tips with some type of lift color to create the blonde ends.
