With this picture it seems line upper lip implant and may be both upper and lower and she adds some filler from time to time, there is no way filler alone can give this results

OK now. She definitely looks better without the Mouskouri specs. Ditch 'em. Do it now.

Ok I know this is a bad picture , but definitely a long lip wouldn't suit her.
