Uhhhh...those look like surgical marks to me. But geez, wouldn't she have washed her face and back of her neck before being in front of a camera? On fifth glance, they look too round, precise and big for surgical marks. They almost look like tattoos. I dunno. Odd.

I was looking at this article yesterday, and there were more pictures, - you could really see that her cheeks have been filled out. They definitely look more rounded and full,

I doubt this was done as a joke because there were a series of shots taken seconds apart of her preparing for the shoot. If you look closer, it looks like little hair knots, but there are some weird marks under the hair. As Jackie pointed out, her cheeks did look bigger during this photo shoot.

Could the dots be from hair transplants? I always liked her round lips, but they look REALLY out there now..like she's actually using filler for MORE lips. She does look as if she is getting filler for cheeks.

I wonder if those are hairplugs that didn't take very well and in the back are scars from taking grafts. I think they blew the cheeks and lips out too much.
Oh I see Anato beat me to the HT theory!
PS- it looks like she's getting ready for The Ovahness Ball where she will be "Walking for Realness"

she looks like a pretty beast. she looks scary to me. she has to feel bad when she comes home and takes off the wig and is left with patchy hair.
what's with everyone over doing that part of their cheeks? its below and behind the filled part that needs fillin'

She has Traction Alopecia from wearing the tight cornrows that they sew the weaves into. Happened to all of the black girls which is one reason why most have switched to wearing full wigs. Doesn't look like she's had a FL to me. She probably got the HT to restore her hairline and it didn't work, so she said "F&*k it, I'm just gonna throw on some light wigs and shave my head for a better fit. The children at The Ball will gag while I take home the biggest trophy for this Valentino I mopped. I'm going to school these up-and-coming children how to WORK in the legendary House of LaBeija way! LEARN IT BITCHES: I'm coming for you, this one's for Pepper!!" Then she threw her cell phone at someone voguing in the corner.

If it's a hair transplant It could just be growing in. After they transplant the hair it all falls out and new hair is supposed to grow in it's place.

Agree with Ryan, traction alopecia. Whoopi Goldberg also has a pretty bad case.
Personality and phone-throwing aside, I always thought she was incredibly gorgeous though.
