She has an amazing face. It just really bothers me when she flat out denies having had any work done. I mean it's obvious she's had her nose done. She doesn't have to comment on it but don't out and out lie.

She is not only had at least 2 nose surgeries, she had face lift, temporal lift last year, plus lower belph, upper belph, cheeks implants, plus fillers in her lips and cheeks from time to time, her chin also was modified, not to forget the breasts and the butt implants and the multiple liposuctions she had, this is confirmed and 100% correct.
Not even her family and her sisters know what she does behind their backs, she continue working on her face, she looks completely different from 3-4 years back.
Her mom manages who can take pictures and what lights and camera should be used, use paints her face with special make up and use light and dark colors to hide flaws, check the picture below to see how one photographer who was not invited could take an actual picture of hers with the wig outlines showing and the make up paint all over her face, so much make up, so much fake eyelashes, fake hair, everything is fake

Not only this, she also phtoshopped the old picture she has when she was 12-14 years old that showed her old nose and small boobs, old chin and so on, she put the phtoshopped face with the new nose and face on her new lipoed body with the breasts implants and the butt implant, lol, what does she thinks? people are no stupid.
Not sure what is this crappy family are famous for what?, but by any mean, they all have to keep this kim in best shape otherwise if she falls then there is nothing left for them, the girls are better off marrying some NFL, NBA guys ASAP, because this fame won't last long
The most funny thing is: the mom keep spreading lies all over the internet that some directors are approaching this kim to act on some movies instead of Angelina Jolie, excuse me!!!!!!!, PLUS she hired a complete set of paparazzi to follow her girls, they do put a lot of money on PR and the paparazzi, so there no day pass that the gossip sites won't talk about one of her girls.

It's not regular make up Chris, this woman has taken make up classes to the best, note how she use different shades on different areas, she uses the darkest shade on forehead and on cheeks and uses mush lighter shade under the eyes and on the top part of the cheeks to accentuate it, then she uses so much eyes shadows to cover every single part of her upper lid to the eyebrows, those eyeshadows colors are selected very carefully by top make up artists, plus the fake eyelashes on TOP and BOTTOM ( I hear that the 3 girls has almost lost their natural top eyelashes from keep using fake eyelashes), they let's not forget the eyebrows themselves are painted
You bring any homeless woman and paint her face this way, add a fake very good lace wig, give her some temporal and regular face lift, 2-3 nose jobs, pump her cheeks with some fillers, fix the lower eyelid, add botox, breast and butt implants and hire some people to teach her how to walk and act in front of the camera, you will end up with a woman much more sticking than any of the K girls, lol,

her nose is shrunk 5 times than what it was, what is this stupid theory!!, fillers shrink the nose, look at her nose her, this was after 1st surgery not even the original one

Oh yes, she's much prettier there. Too much makeup makes any woman look desparate. Most men like a softer look and even find it sexier than all that goop.
