I know I'm posting this in the wrong area, but no one ever goes in the "Fitness & Nutrition" threads. I'm thinking about doing a cleanse, perhaps three or four days worth, but I've never done one before. I thought I might find an internet site where I could order some disgusting yet healthy concoction that would ensure that I get the required nutrients. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions?

Try this, you can juice or make smoothies of about half of it, eat the rest as fruit and vegetable salads. Try to split the greens among several meals.

If you add a couple of sardines, you'll satisfy B12 and D requirements and get more protein and fat. You could also use some yogurt to make a topping for fruit salad, and add some olive oil and red wine vinegar or lemon juice as vegetable salad dressing. You could also throw in an avocado.

Drink a lot of wheat grass juice if you can get it somewhere. Also lots of lemon water. The cleanse thing is usually a FAST though where you just drink stuff and don't eat.
Can hardly walk. Need hip replacement.

Fiber is more "cleansing" than fiber-free, though. In the long intestine, the soluble fibers from fruits and vegetables are fermented into short chain fatty acids. These help to keep the circulatory system plaque-free.

Yes, that is true but I though a 'cleanse' was a fast where you were not supposed to eat anything for a few days. Then you follow it with adding vegetation.
