Hi Guys ! I am new to this whole Retin A thing. Does any one of you know any trustworthy Canadian or other pharmacy where I can buy either Renova 0.02% or Retin A-Tretinoin 0.025 % by prescription without spending $175 for 45 mg cream. Thanks a bunch

Nope it's correct price.
It's in the shipping costs where you pay.
Try to buy in bulk or see if anyone you know needs stuff.
I've gotten retin a from them twice now, no prob.

Also, I get the 1% cream - I didn't see that on the site - but they probably have it - and final question - are you thinking of ordering some around Sept/October - Thanks Hotels in Cleveland

I forget -- think it's around 20 dollars, but up to date current info is on their site. Pretty much a flat fee, as I recall.
Yeah I might get some of the eyelash stuff and hydroquinine around then. You might have to dig around or wait for retin a in the strength you want -- it maybe that it comes in smaller size than what you were looking for.

Hey 4Beauty - Is that the generic Latisse you are talking about - have you used it before and can you trust them? Anything about the eyes I worry about - So let me look around the site for Retin A 1% and hydoquinone too and maybe we can order it together in September (I don't use Retin A during the summer because of sun sensitivity) Don't you live in Boston too? It will be easy for us to mail it to each other - Hotels in Cleveland

That's when you need it the most, though, because UV radiation is strongest in the summer. Within five minutes of exposure, expression of the matrix metalloproteinases that break down skin collagen is elevated. Tretinoin prevents this elevation of the destructive enzymes so you get to keep your nice healthy collagen for longer. But you do need to use sunscreen while you use tretinoin because it increases photosensitivity. Its mechanism for doing so is interesting. Normally the outermost layer of the stratum corneum is loose and flaky and provides SPF of about 2. But regular use of tretioin, glycolic acids, etc. will make this flaky layer more compact. So you win some, you lose some if you use one or the other (of sunscreen or retinoid). But it's win-win if you use both.

Something is wrong, I'm starting to understand Kosmeds scientific posts (I'm a highly chemistry challenged person). LOL.
