Sorry not quite PS related..
My Mom has just had a cataract op and need to keep her antibiotic drops cool while she is travelling. Are there any little gadgets for this? I have been looking online and cannot find anything.
If you know of anything, let me know
Thanks in advance
Paul

Not sure. Every time I go to get fillers, they give me these little tiny ice 'pillows' to put on the injection site to keep down swelling. They are filled with gel and are frozen. If she had a couple of things like that in a box with the antibiotic tucked between them, they would keep it cool for quite a while. My husband has his inhaled antibiotic shipped to him with those blue gel packs around it, but it is also in small coolers when it arrives.

Thanks DC, that might be all she needs - some blue gel thingies. She was fretting about it today and I want her to go away relaxed about it so she can enjoy her break. BTW She was freaked by the idea of the op but now very excited by how good her eyesight is already (only 24hours). Some medical advances are amazing. DCNGA wrote:Not sure. Tell your Mom that she may need to take it out during security. I know someone who travels with that blue cooling thing and in some of the airports they have asked him to take the ice block out.
