I saw her on tv the other night and she's so scary looking! Her face is pulled tightly and her lips look like there's a line pulling them on each side

Here's a youtube vidoe that's from this year: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jufb3xrf-Fc&feature=relatedIf you want to sit through the commerical for 20 seconds, this is better quality of the David Letterman show from this month: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-oJlBzjiPPA&feature=relatedTo me, her lips look weird especially on her left side (our right watching the video). It's thick and lumpy looking, hanging on that side. She's no spring chicken and she does not hide she has plastic surgery, which is more than you can say for 99% of the celebs out there. I like her and can forgive her for being so overdone, it's part of her shtick--being overdone and campy. She's a very nice person too, from all outward appearances.

I don't understand how Dolly does all this plastic surgery to look younger yet continues to wear heavy make up that ages her. Here is her as is and on the right all I did was remove the under eye liner and lighten her lipstick. No other changes. She looks much better, IMO.

I'd say she looks great even before the morph. Look at that neck! Wow, for someone that's in her sixties! I think she's aging very very gracefully.

Very nice CG, how about lowering her left eyebrow, both eyebrows are uneven, and how about fitting her with darker blond hair I don't understand it: why none blond women insist on having their hair bleached to over the limit (forget about Dolly on that Video, that's a wig, but she could get a better looking wig that matches her age) She could look much better with less make up that is done in certain way to "youth her", the face is not bad at all, I hate these eyebrow lifts, I think they should ban them and jail the drs who do them and make them illegal, lol, almost 70% of the brows lift fails or even more I can't put a percentage of it, I would go up to 90% on how cruel these ridiculous brow lifts look!!, I feel bad for every woman who had it done because it so hard to reverse it For Dolly: she needs to ditch this stupid yellow hair, wig She needs to find some better make up artist she needs to forget to match her eyeshadow color with her outfit, so ugly I can say that only Raquel Welsh out of these aging celebrities is looking fabulous, natural and do know how to present herself. cybergirl wrote:I don't understand how Dolly does all this plastic surgery to look younger yet continues to wear heavy make up that ages her. Thing with Dolly is the over the top hair color and makeup are her trademarks. She gets points from me for wearing hair that is less full and not so big.

^^totally agree. The subdued Dolly look doesn't work for her, and the idea of her with a hair color that would be considered more "natural" just is NOT Dolly Parton. She is flash and trash in a very high maintenance and expensive way. I doubt her fans would like a more tasteful look for her. I love her to bits but would like a more modern makeup look- still with a very heavy eye (that is done differently), but less pancake foundation. I agree with lynda that matching makeup to outfit is dreadful.

I agree, Ryan and Stache. I think that Dolly (in her own self-effacing manner) sums it up best when she says "It costs a lot of money to look this cheap!"

I saw her on Oprah a few weeks ago and she was joking how she lost a drag queen contest when she snuck in dressed as herself.

I completely agree! BAN THEM!!! I don't know why PS's want to do those so much...unless it's more money bc surely they know they are ageing. I heard that men think they are feninine, so why is it done on men?
Mine weren't that high but botox brought them down.
