I can't see her upper tooth show but it seems... She has the long lip edge +full upper lip = the stigmata. It is unnatural looking many cougars have them according to my doc. "My Old Life with the Cougar Stigmata" is going to be the title of my memoir.

Her eyebrows stand out to me the most. If she fixed those (more flattering shape) she would look quite good.

It looks like she aged about 20 years between that 2002 picture and the 2010 picture.

I think there may be something off with her bridge in particular. It appears as if the work began at midvault on down, without attention to the bridge, bringing those bones in smoothly and without odd transition. Trickiest to do VERY well. When that transition isn't right, when it's overlooked, the nose shouts rhinoplasty.
Adding, I don't have the vocab for it, what I mean is also that area right next to the eyes. I say bridge, but not sure that is all, the eye/bridge thing.
That said, I think she's really pretty with happy eyes, if imperfect rhino.

I totally 'see' what you mean by that. The 'root' area is WIDE. It's like if she were painted BLUE, she could be in that 'Avatar' movie with the blue people where the roots of their noses are very WIDE.
