Mark D...The picture on the right looks like she could be raising her brows in expression. If you look closely you can see lines on her forehead above her eyebrows--the type of expression lines those who haven't had botox get when raising their eyebrows

Yes it could be from expression, but seeing as how her brows are so raised, she could have had a brow lift, had them threaded or just stitched up and that would create a line over brows which is a bad trade off I've seen.
