I think this one was from late 2009. What the heck has happened to her cheeks?

This is from 2003, I think. Seven years should not have made this big of a difference in her face, should it?

Oy, you must have been on vacation when I posted her photos a few weeks ago. It stirred up some controversy.
Take a look back a few weeks ago where her name is in the subject box.

Did the fashion critics poke fun at the pink tu tu get up?

Can hardly walk. Need hip replacement.

I think , among other procedures, that she has had a very bad lip lift. Her lips slope down hugely at the sides now, whereas they were straight across prior

It's not just her cheeks, but her jawline looks so undefined now, and it looked very defined just a few yrs ago. I don't think faces age that quickly, and 40 is really not that old, especially not these days. I mean, I know women in their early 40s with no face lift yet and have more defined jawlines. Maybe she gained weight or has some illness?
I also see some young women, late 20s, with undefined jawlines, even at average weight, or some thin, so those cases are just genetic, some people don't have a good bone structure. So I can see how those women would look saggy around the jaw at 40. But Lara always had a nice jawline and seemed to age rapidly for some reason. Unless she's got alot of bloating for some other reason.

I'm not convinced that's her because the distance from the lower edge of the bottom lip to the bottom of the chin looks a lot less than the other picture. That's something that doesn't change.

That is her. Those pics and similar are all over the 'net.

The reason I was asking is someone on the support board said her face looked 'melted' sort of like what happens to some of those whose faces have been distorted by IPL/RF, etc. The member was wondering if LFB might have possibly had one of those procedures and this new look of hers was from that.

I'm not sure, but I'm more inclined to think it may be from cortisone as Julia suggestion for some type of ailment (perhaps autoimmune?). We'll never know for sure unless she tells and it's really no one's business if she is sick or not.

Yes, she was highly criticized for that 'tutu' outfit for the Golden Globes in '03.

The press had a field day with that outfit. A big part of it was because of how thin she had gotten. http://www.ivillage.com/worst-dressed-lara-flynn-boyle-tutu/1-b-73869

Ha, she can't win either way... too fat, too thin, etc.

I kind of thought her outfit would be fodder for the fashion critics. LOL

^^^ Hi CG this doesn't look like PS does it, do you think? It is a radical transformation. I have no idea really - but I am guessing it must be something more systemic????? and not good.

I would hate to be in the public eye - but even for those who are OK with it it must be horrible if you are ill / below par..

I find the situation a bit depressing - whatever it is..

I found it interesting what the columnist was saying about the possibility of some people having a genetic predisposition to bad reactions from fillers.
