Doesn't have to be at the same time...but someone that got BOTH of these procedures? Anyone seen it?
Those two procedures sound like they would go together really really well. Like I imagine it would make the face look a lot more compact. I would like to see an example of this though.

I asked Park about this and he says he doesn't have any patients that had lip lifts, as it's not a procedure that is popular in Korea. I do believe without the lip lift, the amount of shortening of the maxilla would be limited. That being said, Park is aggressive and he'll do what you want if you have a plan and explain it to him clearly( IMHO of course).

Just out of curiousity (because it's too late for me now) does Dr. Park do Lefort III osteotomies? The two jaw is a Lefort I + Bi saggital split osteotomy but some people need their midface and supra orbital rim advanced forward as well as their temples widened. It's a risky procedure but most skilled oral surgeons have training in the procedure.

Just out my own curiosity, can the the lefort 3 bring out the eyes as well, I mean bring the eye socket out ?

No, one of the le fort III fractures is directly in the orbital floor behind the eye, so that the eye stays and the zygomas can be brought up as well as the base of the nose and everything. Thats why its risky for your eyesight (I knwo many patients that really needed the surgery and came out without the sense of smell and with one or both crossed eyes - but in their case, it was still an improvement :(( ).
