Miss J, you have an interesting, ecclectic group of friends. Most of my friends are all caught up in music (not classical), their kids, or work and rarely have time for socializing at dinner parties. I think I must need a new group of friends, LOL.

I guess my friends are in their 50s and are NOT married. The dinner get togethers are an offshoot of the Walden get togethers. There is a group of people at the 'pond' who have consistently been going there for many years. It's kind of like a 'club' but it's really not. They all are very eccentric (neurotic if you will) about some things. I invited my brother to a get together there for my birthday a few years back. His comment was that he could tell which house MUST have been the one where my party was held because of all the cars parked in front of it saying "Impeach Busch" LOL

If anybody knows of any orthopedic doctors, in Boston or Concord MA area who are conversant in FEMORAL ACETEBULAR IMPINGMENT, please let me know.

Cancel above request. My hip is now too far gone. Need a total hip replacement.

Calorie restriction delays skin aging:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15655168

it also reduces retinoid-induced irritation:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17968574

reduces risks of skin cancers:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18483250

I suspect CR is the way to go, but it would also mean a commitment to dermal fillers of some sort. The CRs might look very depleted due to lack of subQ fat but their biomarkers are generally much better than normals.

As for myself, I've maintained my high school weight and I eat considerably more vegetables than normals. But I do need fillers.
