Mike,
How long before you noticed a difference? I tried tretinoin last year for about 7 months and it wasn't worth it for me.
How does your skin improve? Tighter, clearer?

My pores are a little bit smaller, but mostly what I have noticed is a much more uniform color in my skin and my blotchy patches are slowly but surely beginning to disappear. Tretenoin (Retin A) definitely worked on small wrinkles for me, but never helped my skin tone like Tazorac has.
