She's got a short nose and a long lip. Can anything be done?

She's more likable than she was on "Shear Genius" and on early episodes of this show.

I've seen her on "Dr. Oz" a few times, and her energy is incandescent! I bet if Ryan did a reading on her, he'd blow a fuse somewhere.

Lol bugjune.
I like that show and enjoy watching her acting, lol. She has slipped up a couple of times, and I've caught her trying not to laugh, which was cute. You can tell when she has bonded with some or all of the staff (or owners) and is playing her role of being the bitch. You can also tell when she genuinely can't stand them (or maybe that's when her acting is particularly good). One case that stands out was the salon in Provincetown (1st season, I believe). She totally liked those people even though they were a hot mess.

Oh yeah, the last time I checked I was on page 45 of her waiting list for a $250 haircut in her Jersey salon.

Nail, head, head, nail--whatever that saying is . . . you got it right, perfectly.

I like her personality too, but this is a plastic surgery board. Can anything be done for her short nose and long lip?

Nothing can be done for a long lip. A short nose can be built up.

I don't know if I would want to fool with it. She has a cute nose, and maybe a lift lip would help, but I think the proportions are "okay" and not totally distracting.

You can actually do that bullhorn procedure where they cut skin from around the bottom of the nose, hoist up the tissue, and it shortens the distance between nose and lip. If done well, you don't even see the line of scar after a while.

She *could* go for it ... but I think she has a sort of trademark look to her: pixie-ish!

Yes, you can do that do shorten the distance between the nose and lip. I thought they were refering to the length of her lips horizontal.
