Plus, the slight cleft in her chin is now gone. Clefts don't disappear with weight loss.
My theory is decent jaw to begin with though short chin. Jaw implants + chin implants. Jaw and chin then "kicked up" with a filler like PMM. Nose jobs probably two - then refined with the same filler as jaw/chin probably at the same time.

You can post the photos. Just be sure you reduce overly large file sizes in photo editor. Keep width of photo to about 500 pixels. Julia Ione wrote: 1st picture -round 2007 or 2008 -estimated age 32

I am going to post the 1st and 2nd. The 3rd picture - was not obtained in the most straightforward way and I don't want to get MissJ in trouble.
You can see the Jaw angle is much more prominent - it has been out laterally. Her chin has also built out too. Just because baby fat melt off it doesn't leave this kind of defintion in its wake.
Her results (2007) are almost indenitical to some pictures of jaw line augmentation - I found from a Dr in Brazil. But since his pictures like most Brazilian doctors on the web are in a "text book"- because it is illega lin to show B and A's in public or in advertising. I took a picture of the screen then cut and paste the pictures. But then I thought twice.

On profile she seems to have quite a recessed maxilla. If she has had paranasal implants, they have not completely ameliorated that problem although there is some improvement. Losing so much facial fat has made it even more obvious IMO

Yeah...she def. has more prominence close to her nose in the later shot when you look at those very top two profile shots. If anything that area should get flatter and flatter with age. Also her jaw drop-down really looks like it was modified...you don't grow jaw bone around the chin area like she has...even if you grind your teeth at night and grind like crazy...you'll get an increase just below the ear...but not way below that, IMO.

I had no idea she had all that surgery, I noticed the change in her nose but i thought everything else was just aging. She had such a good starting point, i wonder if she needed anything done except a nose refinement.

The rhino is obvious but I really did not believe she had jaw implants. Her jaw was fine to begin with, so it seems crazy she would have done that. I always thought it was the fat loss thing. However, these pictures have made me a believer! I used to like her jawline but it's starting to look over the top, especially in the photo where she's tilting her head back a bit.

Well, ya. Her jaw was OK to begin with. So jaw implants put her over the edge for a very prominent jaw. i never noticed before, but she has slightly asymmetric nostrils and Jaws. (or it could just be the shading of the picture)
