So as you all know I've neen on a billion consults with a billion drs lol ! I did a private morph with miss j and going to see about fat grafting to under eyes with dr. Kornstein in NY. He looks like he does hair line lowering on his site which is some thing that has always bothered me and got worse after I lost hair from giving birth. Hopefully this year is the year I just get on with it already and get ( gonna steal ears term) MY FIRST BIG HURRAH lol. As I'm 36 and never been pretty or felt pretty even on my wedding day ughh I felt like shreck with a pinnochio nose in a wedding dress .

I just looked at Dr. K's FG pics. I think this lady has too much fat under her eyes, even 7 years later but I'm no FG expert. Is this how FGs look to this area? Maybe they're supposed to look that way? If so, I don't think I would ever be doing them for myself.

Not crazy about that before and after but I have a lot of upper eye hollowing too which he does. I would tell him to be very very careful and less is more with me as I have paper thin skin. I don't think I Gould get checks that big due to bad skin texture. I need that hairline lowering I'm getting bald

Or I guess it's too late for my first big hurrah lol ! We know a woman past 30 is past her prime , I just can't get my hopes up. I'll never be a sexy beautiful woman so I just have to keep my standards low and be happy in my skin. I think the big hurrah party train passed my opportunity at 30 . I'll take being happy to be rid of hollowed out eyes a baldy forehead for now. My dreams of a cute nose are way too expensive and too difficult for any surgeon. Oh well I have to live with it.

I like the upper eye lid fat grafting he does it looks great . This one is not a great example of his work I like a lot of the other ones. His noses are even nice. I think his work looks subtle for the most part.

Somehow, that woman in the before 'n after shot looks healthier NOW. I guess it's a combo of the makeup and faint smile going on ... kinda sly looking! But she was seriously gaunt before - very hollow eyes, and slack cheek area. I guess my own fears about FG are thinking about Suzanne Somers: she has CELLULITE on her entire lower face! No amount of makeup can cover that dimply shite up. It looks like my A$$. (except for the position of the crack) I Bug U

WOW^^^ Your posts are super depressing! You are negative at every turn; how do you live day by day is it a struggle? You seem like someone with clinical depression. (this is not meant maliciously)

Her lower lip looked better in the before picture. Half of it seems to have gone missing in the after.

Bingo. I hate to say this as this is a PS info board but *reality check*: of course you'd want to improve your looks, most of us want to and try to, but there are actually real problems and issues in life and celebrating your 37th birthday (which should be a blessing not a bitch) is not one of them.

I think you are pretty. All you need to do is re-arrange your fat. Add some to the lid area and remove some to the lower face. aphrodite wrote:So as you all know I've neen on a billion consults with a billion drs lol ! NOTICE: I'm having COMPUTER PROBLEMS and can hardly get on the internet or get to my e-mail. It's taken me like 6 hours just today to try to post this message. So, no e-mails or PMs to me until I can remove this message. I have no idea what the problem is. It started with Google Chrome not loading any pages for me. TT helped to uninstall but ran out of time and it would not re-install. CAn't explain the computer problem other than to say I'ts hard for me to access the net or my site.

Interesting how a fuller face makes the nose to lip ratio appear shorter..I guess that is a added benefit

The place she REALLY needed it was not done...the upper lids. I don't like where he placed the fat at all, I think it doesnt show good aesthetic judgment. Yes she looks better, but she has makeup and really needed some volume, but he could have done such a better job, IMHO.
