OK, I just had to share this link to the Berlin Fashion Show for your daily guffaw!

My personal fave fashion statements? Gotta be the Elin Engstrom Chinese Lampshade "eyeglasses". Gal looks just like my cousin June.

Or then again, it could be the flannel face cone, again by Engstrom. Imagine how much noise I could make barking outta that one.

I dunno. Decisions! Decisions!

I did love to see Gary Oldman walking the catwalk for Prada recently, I love him anyway but he even took the part of a model completely in his stride, so cool, i love his work anyway but really enjoyed to watch him in this clip. Apparantly he was in Germany and Italy promoting 'Tinker, Tailor, Soldier,Spy' so agreed to do it when Prada asked him. You'll also recognise some other faces from the acting world!

Not much for the music, needless to say it wasn't the music Prada sent him down the catwalk to!! The clothes are not unwearable either...

Yes, Meeka, Oldman manages to look "hot" even tho he's no hunk! There is something about him that almost reminds me of J Depp. And those men's fashions were actually elegant and wearable.

I can't believe the costumes that were paraded at the Berlin show!! Am I the last bug on the planet who was doubled over LAUGHING at the absurdity of them?

Oh, maybe I could see myself getting married in that g-string under the gauze bridal outfit .... yeah. But that's it! ;-)

Totally agree Bugjune, that stuff is totally unwearable, I have no idea why they do it unless its some form of 'Art', it never makes it to the High Street as far as i can tell. I have a real crush on Gary Oldman after watching 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy', I know he's not aesthetically good in the way we talk about faces on here, but he just has something in my eyes....

Just goes to show you that models can look good in everything.

NOTICE:

I'm having COMPUTER PROBLEMS and can hardly get on the internet or get to my e-mail. It's taken me like 6 hours just today to try to post this message. So, no e-mails or PMs to me until I can remove this message. I have no idea what the problem is. It started with Google Chrome not loading any pages for me. TT helped to uninstall but ran out of time and it would not re-install. CAn't explain the computer problem other than to say I'ts hard for me to access the net or my site.
