I have one of the hand held lights from LightStim. I bought it several years ago, used it for a couple weeks and didn't see any improvement. It was inconvenient to use and took a long time to do my entire face. My light requires you to hold it in each spot for minimum of 3 minutes. I decided last week to try it again. This time, I made a contraption to hold the light by cutting a few holes in a box so the light can shine on my face without me holding it. I'm now able to mult-task by combining my light treatment while I do my Egoscue exercises. We'll see if there is any skin benefits in a month.
