Not a fan of tooth show in general. I think that the lip fillers more the lengthening due to age has coverrd up her gummy smile. That is probably why she goes overboard with lip fillers. Like a VY Plasty ( a al Jennifer Gardner) I think Nicole uses the fillers in a similar fashion to lessen tooth show. Plus, her new veneers are WAY too big. Too thick. The Tom Cruise era ones were so much better.

Haworth in LA Loeb in NYC The doctor in Rodchester NY more known for noses. His name escapes me. He co -wrote a lengthy medical type journal article with pictures with another doctor out Great Neck (long island) NY. It is a modification of the cleft lip plate procedure.

Yep, that's them. Here’s another technique from Dr. Nacul using PMM: Gingival Smile One of the bioplasty applications, which gives great satisfaction to the patients, is the correction of gingival smile. In a face considered esthetically balanced, the upper incisors must appear up to 1 to 2mm below the border of the lip, while at rest. In a broad smile, at most 1mm of gingival should be revealed. During the gingival smile the alveolus process of the maxilla is widely exposed. Bioplasty can help the treatment of this problem by using filler in two different areas: since the patients with this sort smile often complain of thin or fine lips, the increased thickness of the upper lip, enabling this structure to cover the incisors, is one of the best treatments. The other way is making an obstacle when 30% PMM is introduced into the topography of the anterior nasal spine, diminishing the vertical incursion of the upper lip. Generally, 9 clicks is the amount used. The technique for the latter procedure is explained in Chapter 12 on the nose.

Am I the only one who thinks her midface looks significantly shorter in the after picture in the first set of pictures?
