Well, I sure was, trying to be hateful. Whore! Slut! Jezebel! Ugh. I can't stand her. And Cindy79, you now have a very special place in my heart . . . right next to the male reporter in that link. If I could find a way to start every day off with a laugh session like that, I'd have no worries. Funniest thing I've seen in a long time.
I do a lot of work with the local Dress for Success organization, which is a nonprofit organization designed to help women find employment. Most of these women have never worked in the business world. They come from a variety of places, such as homeless shelters, immigration services, job training services, and domestic violence shelters. Almost all of these women have worked as prostitutes. Our organization doesn't just do a quick makeover and send them out into the job market. As mentors, it's our job to help them develop the skills necessary for economic independence in the business world. And let me tell you, that can be hard when most of these women have had only one viable commodity on which to trade: their sexuality.
Not to get all soap boxey, but KK trades on this image of rampant, base sexuality which would be fine if she owned that, sort of a la Mae West or even Marilyn Monroe, but where those two people created characters, KK is just KK. And then--and here's what pisses me off--she denies the image, claiming the public is comprised of idiots, nothing but sex-on-the-brain, dirty-old-men idiots, interpreting her actions incorrectly. Her sex kitten baby doll voice and ridiculous actions send the message to young girls that it's acceptable to behave that way, that that behavior will reward you, especially with your male counterparts.
I realize that I probably sound like some religious zealot yelling about how the evil in the "Harry Potter" books will turn our kids into satan worshipping freaks . . . but I sure wouldn't let any kids of mine watch KK.

I think you are being kind. Madonna was criticized much more widely early in her career for the sexual aspect of her music and personna... yet she actually had/has talent, and a message, and it was not about wanton sluttiness. Kim is just famous for being famous. I was in LV last week and she was on a billboard for her new years' eve show at one of the casinos. I stared in wonderment... what would that "show" be? She doesn't sing, dance, do comedy, poetic readings, etc. It's really amazing.

I don't think she really regrets the sex tape since that's what actually got her noticed, and eventually her own show. She was not a celeb or star, nobody famous before that. I've never seen her tape but i know it's online, maybe free clips in some sites.

KK's nose looks much smaller in that picture, even since her "wedding". Do you think she has the bangs to temporarily distract from an obvious nose job? Or maybe it's just in that photo, I'm no expert JMHO.

I also think that may be a wig. She's also very well known in the UK....I can't see what people see in her except that they let cameras into their home, I guess people like to watch what goes on, I find it mind numbing.

I think she's probably had at least two nose jobs. It may have shrunk a little from the last initial result due to swelling going down over 6 months to a year out.
