She looks great but I like her hair shorter and fuller. I loved her hair in that film with the runaway bus, she had a lovely shiny bob with alot of movement.

Wow, she looked alot different in that before pic. I looked it up, her mother was german, her father, irish, german. Do you think she had her bottom lip reduced?

I would bet she has had her nose narrowed, plus some reduction to her lower lip. Even her upper lip shape is different but that could be attributed to fillers I guess

Yes, Sarah W, I noticed the same thing about her mouth! It looks way better now. And let's not even talk about those tarantula leg eyebrows! Wowie. I am German and Scottish, with a dash of Dane for playfulness. How come I don't have her dark, dazzling looks? Oh I know. I'm a bug. My father was yellow and my mother had big, red, sloppy lips.

She looked so 'boyish' when she was young. Her mouth looks very wide when she was young but her jaw looks wider in the recent photo so I think that is maybe helping her mouth look smaller....I dunno...alot of slight changes with her face. Lips, nose and jaw look different.

I don't think she's had anything done - if you look at other pics (like here for example) you can see the bottom lip is still quite full and nose is the same. It's the angle of the photo, lighting, and distance which creates distortion from the other pic which is from much further away:
