I just had some professional medical photos taken of my eyes. I noticed on the close-ups that one eye has brown specks in the iris. The other has none. I looked this up and found the results conflicting. Everything from perfectly normal to liver problems. Anybody else notice this in their iris?

I have them in both eyes-lots of them. I have hazel eyes. The specks in mine are greenish-blue, so my eye color seems to change depending on what I wear because of the specks.

I have hazel eyes aswell and have those in one eye too, I think they appeared in last 5 years (I dont remember noticing them before)
