Perfect example of how a vegan or even a vegetarian diet wreaks havoc on skin tone and the under eye area. Not enough protein, and I've never met a veg that was able to prevent this type of look even with a higher protein diet( without meat). The face got fuller, but the under eye area stayed the same, as did the sallow, dry and dead looking skin tone. I've seen at least four former veg and vegans reclaim their once vibrant looks by going back to eating meat. True talk. One guy that looked like an ugly, Williamsburg band urchin became super hot after eating meat for only two months. Humans weren't born to be vegetarian, vegan, and certainly not on some dicey raw diet. I will close by saying that any celeb over 30 who claims to be such and actually looks halfway decent has had multiple procedures without a doubt. Also, the only ones who stick with that type of diet are the ones who never liked meat to begin with.

I know of lots of vegetarians (myself included) who look much younger than their age and have great skin. If you practice vegetarianism well (just like other dietary philosophies including being an omnivore), there is no reason that you can't exceed all your micro and macro nutrient needs and be very healthy and look great.

Yes you can for the most part. there are some nutrients in red meat that aren't readily available in anything else - e.g. CLAs are in dairy and red meat only and it's hard to get enough just from dairy.

Of course, if you eat fish and chicken then you are not a vegetarian. flesh is flesh.

Exactly, if you eat chicken or fish you are not a vegetarian. Coconut oil is a decent source as well, especially when taken as a concentrated supplement. Also animals fed the typical animal feed or grain diet have far lower levels of CLA in their meat/milk than animals fed their natural grass diet.

Get some 25% tca then do a spot test first. That should help with the brown spots.I did it on my upper legs though and the tca made the spots worse with hyperpigmentation so always test.

Thanks WTM. Would it be easier to just spend an hour or two getting each mark blatted with IPL or dry ice? I could just have a scabby week of choosing and go for it,lol

^^^^^

tca is pretty cheap and yes you'd scab for a couple of weeks when it comes to arm skin but I'd be careful with liquid nitrogen because you might scar on that area.It scarred my legs.Never had IPL but I think you'd scab with that too when it comes to brown spots.

Thanks for the warning about scarring. I have had liquid nitrogen on my face on a small spot with no side effects except scabbing but never on my body. I had not thought about the scarring.
Where can you get TCA from? It would be MUCH easier if I could do it at home
