Well I don't think she looks too bad now, except for the eyebrows and prominent cheeks. Also the "before" pictures are somewhat "idealized," she doesn't usually look quite as good. Part of her problem is that she is often photographed with Lindsay and Lindsay is just so much more beautiful...poor Ali looks a little bit more like her Dad.....

She has lost a lot of weight recently but I think she looks OK in these photos.

Wow this really shows how beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Everyone has a different opinion here. I gotta go with Barbie on the brows , like pippa Middleton she needs a weed wacking . The Groucho Marx thick brows on a chick really masculinize. A brow shaping and weight gain of 20 lbs shed be stunning. I also agreed with whoever said they would rather ho with a girl from the island a liittle trashiier she oes look healthier in the before. I grew up on long island lol I never participated in the tans or big hsir though

Ryan don't know if this is the case for every one. I ha a friend who was 40 people thoughty she was 25 me included. She was a strict vegan a member a PETA. She was a stripper worked out for two hours a day and tanned twice a week, she also had a very long face. Her skin was flawless. If she had work done it was impeccable. No one believed she was forty. She was married to a rich man so it's possible she had work but she didn't have breast implants which usually a former stripper would
