I think she looks older because of her fake blond hair paired with brown eyes. Her hair actually looks aged. She is fighting her natural coloring which is brown eyed, brunette which like almost every woman who moves to LA is dyed blonde.

Wow, I always thought higher cheekbones gives a more youthful look. So many women, including me, want bigger, higher malar cheeks. Maybe it doesn't work in all faces. I wonder if only her eyes were less tilted, smaller chin, but cheeks remained high, if she would look younger.
