That is an interesting chart from Wiki! Why didn't they have anything to do with appetite on it? That's a key part of the daily cycle, too. I tend to eat at 10am, 2:30pm and 7:30pm.

Interesting that I prefer exercising from noon to 2pm in general, whereas perhaps my greatest potential for getting a good workout would be later in the afternoon, long about 5pm.

Oh absolutely. People neglect the basic fundamental habits of health all the time. Lack of sleep also increases appetite and can lead to slow insidious weight gain.
