Two victims of "the duchess" injector were on the show today, along with couple of plastic surgeons. Some scary video of a fake plastic surgeon putting breast implants (instead of pec implants) into a man using some home kitchen utensils and a board for an operating table!!

I just feel incredible pity and compassion for folks who may have no other "affordable" option ... but they are miserable enough to subject themselves to these cretins who pretend to be surgeons. How low can one go?
