She's a 10 from the front and a 6-7 from the sides. I really like her face in the frontal view--interesting, exotic, not cookie-cutter.

Really? Not one other person agrees that she could use a rhino to elevate her droopy nasal tip?

You know, Mike, when I look at her I always think the same thing. It's her nose that stands out . . . but I remember my surgeon Romano telling me that overall attractiveness is actually often in one's individual imperfections. Me, I'm always tempted to try to "fix" every little thing, but as I get older, I understand what Romano means. That's when people end up looking done and odd. Still, it would be really interesting to see what she'd look like with a better nose.
