I'm sure the diagnosis of cancer caused significant stress, but I don't know if getting surgery to remove early stage cancer would cause premature facial aging. According to her, she didn't go through chemo or radiation since she opted to remove both breasts to stop the spread, and she has the breast cancer gene. I'm sure the whole ordeal was stressful and impacted her overall appearance. But looking through the years, in link below, you can see how her face changed through the yrs before the diagnosis, 2008. I think there's something else maybe in her earlier lifestyle choices or maybe some past work done on her face. I'm not sure, but just looking at her in 2006, her face changed a lot from her younger yrs. She looked 'ok', but didn't look that cute anymore. Maybe fat loss too.

i think that alone can be extremely ageing ,getting the breast removed sounds very very traumatizing too,Stress and illness can wreck havoc in our body ( i aged 15 years after the chin implant lol

She IS a fantastic actress and always thought she was sexy looking without all the skimpy outfits and over the top makeup. She has always been very natural. I liked her in Frances. But she does look her age, imo...but not older.
