I think she may have had her nose refined. It looks smaller, even in the Nov 26 picture which hasn't been altered. I always thought she was pretty, just didn't (don't) like her personality. She took up running in the past year and I think it has made her leaner but more haggard. Pretty sure she had tummy tuck (documented) and boob job while on the show.

I can't believe this self-centered, self-absorbed piece of garbage is still getting press. I can't wait for the day that one of her spawn writes a tell-all book about what a nightmare "mother" this narcissistic c+*t was. It will be the ultimate karmic boomerang.

Whoa. I just caught my breath seeing that early shot of Kate. She was the original "pig nose". I would never in a million years guess that she has morphed into her current look. But now the latest November shot posted by CG is equally shocking. She looks rough. Like a jailbird who's flown the coop. Not sure I'd want to meet that face in a dark alley.

I think she was in the news--well at least AOL news--for the question of IF she got some plastic surgery as even the news noted she had a new face look.

Her over sized stomach was shown on TV just before birth and was a painful sight to behold. It did not look human. She then carried around a huge amount of skin afterward that must have been discouraging, but a very generous PS offered to give her a tummy tuck which was nice. Good business move for him though.
