I have never been able to figure out what exactly made the corners of Donnatella's mouth so wonky--the jokerish thing--occasionally one sees a bit of that on somebody but hers are extreme. The only thing I can think of is a corner lip lift that has been done in unusual way so as to go deeper than just skin level. It seems to involve the perioral muscles--not just the skin. Meg Ryan has similar but not as extreme. Donnatella's is not simply 'bad'--it is disfiguring.
