She must have started with her cheeks and worked her way down.
In these 2010 photos, her cheeks look more prominent, whereas 2011 looks more even with the jawline.

Saw the trailer last night for the new movie ‘Bel Ami’ starring Uma Thurman and wow, she looks absolutely amazing, - I’d place her late 20’s – early 30’s in some of the shots. I realise there’s a lot of smoke and mirrors in movies, but given the transformation in the pics above, there’s a good chance she does look that good. http://belamifilm.com/official-image-gallery/I’d love to know what she’s had done, - it looks very similar to Terri Hatcher and Felicity Huffman in the current series of Desperate Housewives currently showing here in the UK. There is absolutely no tear trough demarcation, just a smooth transition from the lower eyelid down to the cheek. There is no squinty eyes going on either, as the cheeks don’t seems over filled or anything. Is it possible this would only work on those with quite large eyes anyway?

'cause in the current season in the US (season 8 i think) you can def see huge tear troughs on both of them. they do a good job with makeup and lighting but you can definitely spot it.

My guess is jaw implants plus something to fill out the cheeks.
She looks very good.

I saw a video of her in it the other night: 'The Producers' (second making of it). She was really stunning there--the WHOLE package.

Hi Robin, it's season 5 I believe, - well, wow - that must be very good lighting, I thought it was a ton of filler in the tear troughs - lol Jackie xx
