The cheeks don't look as prominent or "popcorn" like as they did last year, so maybe it's a temporary filler or fat that has dissipated (?)

Chris is right. And she admitted on either a blog or twitter or something that she uses juvederm a lot in her cheeks. Not the right choice for her- she would be better suited to a small amount of Radiesse in the upper cheek and just a tad of something in the apple portion. Right now she looks like she has giant subcutaneous cysts in her cheeks. Not a good look.

At least the filler went away on the sides of her cheeks...that looked bad there.

I think on the really recent pics those might be her natural cheeks. She had cheeks like that when very young.
