It can't possibly be retinol. It is retinyl palmitate.
I don't know how they get away with this kind of labeling nonsense but it happens all the time.
One study suggests that retinyl palmitate is about 1/250 as strong as retinoic acid but I doubt it. It doesn't penetrate the skin as well because the molecule is bigger.

Their calming cleanser would be great if it didn't have dimethicone. I think it would break me out.
