Remember the episode where Kim was supposed to meet Adrienne and Paul at the airport to go to Andrienne's baskeball team's game? She was late, they called her and she made some semi incoherent excuse about her power going off and she was not able to blow dry her hair. So far, I am not a Brandi fan. She seems kind of sleazy. The party planner is just stupid.

none of the beverly hills women are going to win any particular character award any time soon.
i think adrienne is the most sensible by a long shot, but she's also most in need of a makeover.

The ceaseless, pointless bickering with her husband does not make her look sensible. I hate that. I really dislike seeing spouses demean each other for no reason. Nor do her choices in surgery. Her cheeks are obscene. Speaking of her husband, why would a surgeon with a decent career agree to make himself look so appallingly stupid in front of millions of viewers? He's published, he's respected at least in his career. I totally don't get it. It's not like he needs more money or business.

It's a constant source of bafflement to me why the genuinely rich people on these shows -- like Adrienne and her husband -- would voluntarily choose to expose themselves to ridicule in the way they do. Couples like Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, or Kyle Richards and her husband, I can see that they might feel it's worth the money, or the publicity for their businesses -- but if you don't need the money, why do it??

I have so many couple friends and most of them I admire, but many of them still demean their spouses in front of me.....

much much worse than the ones who demean their spouses in public are the ones who do it in private. the spouses who put on a good game face for others and turn into a monster behind closed doors.

This is so true....she is awful to her husband. Being mean to your spouse in public is way worse than doing it in private. It makes both people look really, really bad.

no being mean to your spouse in private is much more harmful because it leaves the victim questioning their own reality. no one to validate what they endure. a narcissistic idiot individual (and there so many narcissistic behaviors) will humiliate their spouse in public. a sadistic predator does his 'work' in private but puts on a good face in public.

Generally, I've found the ones who do it in public ALSO do it in private. They are so used to demeaning their spouse that they carry it over into public without even realizing there is anything wrong with it.

Kind of a long story but I was staying with this guy I didn't know too well. We were platonic friends and a couple of days into it he started doing this kind of banter which I guess he thought was 'fun'. I figured this must be some kind of spousal behavior he had learned from his parents. He did it privately with me but I found it uncomfortable and trying.

I "purloined" these from another site. Can you tell which housewife is which?

Adrienne looked so much better then... I don't feel so bad about never changing my hairstyle over the years, since noone on the Real Housewives has either...Even Lisa's husband has the same hair style from 25 years ago....

kk25 wrote:that looks amazing it really makes the face more beautiful and delicate. i also found this other one that looks very nice, images are from here http://www.jewelryps.kr/ I think the most improvement is her eyes, making her look cuter. Maybe also the nose. I don't know if it's only bone shaving, it also looks like some lipo of cheeks. I don't know who the skin can shrink back and the cheeks not sag after reducing so much bone. Maybe they also remove fat/skin? I don't like the under-eye little fat/filler rolls though. It seems to be popular in Korea, from what I've heard from some Korean friends. They think it makes them look younger/cuter. But this case looks very 'obvious' or strange, not a natural full lower eyelid. I've seen an Asian girl who had this done, and it looks very odd/not natural in person. I don't think youthful eyes naturally have a little wedge underneath like that. Even those people who have thick/fuller lower lids, there is a more natural transition, not so obviously filled. This girl had a bit of under eyelid fullness before, but it looks like they filled it with something, and not so natural looking, IMO.

Young skin is very resilient. I can see how it would bounce back with proper neck bra use etc.
