I think men of a certain age need some wrinkles to look natural and masculine, and sexy, for that matter. So, I would think a neck lift and facelift to address the loose neck skin and jowl, chin area would probably suffice to make him good to go!

Steven has bone loss in his lower jaw and chin that could be conservatively replaced to good effect.

yes his lower jaw definitely looks like it has volume loos, but to me seems like he had some sort of chin augmentation , imo his chin does not have consistency/(blend) with the rest of his jaw.

Do we know he had one? Liv has his same nose so I assumed his nose is natural.

Well, Liv's left nostril looks swollen and is that a notch we see? So maybe hers isn't entirely natural. What would cause that?

His bridge looks collapsed at the middle vault and guys don't have noses that petite or narrow naturally..It just looks to have been worked on to me.

Here liv is as a toddler... I know noses change but this is still how her nose looks to me.

And here is a pic of her at 13. I think it looks the same.

On that cover, Tyler looks like he could be Gena Dvis's brother! (Just saw Thelma and Louise)

Wow, yes you are right! After checking some earlier pics of him, she and her dad do have similar noses although hers was never as thin as his. So yes, he seems to have been born with a smaller nose, Cindy, although his, at one point, seemed to have gotten a lot thinner than it already was..and his left nostril drooped a lot, as if it collapsed.

Wild and wooly-looking guy for sure.

First thing I'd do is shave that pubic hair from his lower lip area. Dude, lose it.

Then take care of the slack neck.
