I think she has always had a lot of sun damage, watching her in Dangerous Liaisons recently it was very noticeable on her neck/chest and that was back in 1988

Maybe the most superficial 20% would go away with retin-A alone. She would also need peels and hydroquinone for more complete resolution and a good sunscreen that blocks out almost all UVA. The chin is amazing, never noticed it before. Also her nose could be less hookish. My nose does that, too, when I smile.

I bet she uses all that stuff already and still has them but maybe less than she could have had them if she did not already use the stuff.

She's probably a user now but her forehead and outer cheek area look like they've suffered from decades of neglect. Lifetime use of sun protection and rx retinoids does not look like that. Sun protection alone would have been extremely beneficial as the decades piled on.
She's been resurfaced somehow. But whoever did it to her did not go as deeply at the sides of her face and forehead.

She is still very attractive.. In her youth she had the most amazing bone structure. The same with sigourney weaver. Strange thing is, when I was growing up in the 80's and 90's I never found them attractive or noticed anything about their facial features.
I suppose they weren't sexed up and obvious which is always going to get the attention of teenage boys!

She was never "pretty", still isn't. Interesting character face. But always a harsh, slightly witchy face.

It would still be well worth it for her to go in for a Zoom whitening session (or two). Natural teeth don't have to look like that.

Speaking of chins, she used to have a too large chin, but here it's smaller. I can't say it's perfect, but it does look way better than what she had...
The witchy look landed her the Corella Deville part.
