Perhaps you could share with our readers how you managed to appear sane for brief moments of time, how how it felt when you lost that limited ability. Thanking you in advance -

Thanking you in advance - now now stache, lets not answer a question with a question. that's part of your defense mechanisim. the same defense mechanism that caused to you gain 275 whopping pounds. if you'd like to question my sanity for bringing up what you already shared with me that's your choice. i wrongly assumed all the gruesome images you sent me of the bypass scars were a greenlight for open discussion. dont try to make me look foolish. i still have all the images right here on my desktop. i don't think its right to pick apart poor kirstie when you suffer with the same affliction.

Ok I guess it's time for me to fess up. I went to my local Babies "R" Us and had unwanted soft tissue removed. Then they sprayed it with Stem Cell Helper and I was able to adopt it in their Cabbage Patch Pavilion. I understand Dr. G. pioneered this technique. It's all the rage downtown.

It's all the rage downtown. now your demetia is showing itself. what are you talking about? all i'm talking about are the gruesome images you sent me of your lapband/bypass/tummy tuck whatever. i not quite sure what babies r us, cabbage patch and stem cells have to do with that, but you are welcome to free associate. maybe our brilliant resident nutritionist barbiegirl will chime in with some supplements that can ease the effects of this dementia. you know Sarah is senile now, don't you? the both of should have a lot to chat about....or maybe very little to chat about.
