To morph herself into "another persona" she does not have have to be "your typical non-PS 60 years old with hanging skin, et.al." - she could have all the PS she wanted but she could gracefully step off ther "stage" as "Madonna" and do something else with her life - I feel she still thinks she has to be on stage "in the same way she was so many years ago" and this may be a cause of stress in her life.
