Anyone who loves Lancome mascara, try the L'Oreal - made by same company. And cheaper. I also do love Bobbi Brown eye shadows, so wearable, hard to make a color mistake! The Bobbi shimmer brick for body is awesome too - subtle but pretty.

I generally don't care for Lancome mascaras that much, but their mascara called Hypnose is amazing - I never pay for their mascaras - I buy a lot of Lancome products and always buy them when they have their "gift with purchase" - and their gift almost always has a sample mascara - BTW which Loreal mascara is the best - and comparable to Lancomes??

My favorite is Koh Gen Do Aqua foundation. It is a translucent finish and looks beautiful on the skin. Best I've ever used, love it!

For now:

Im about to start hunting for the perfect red lipstick. Im thinking about MAC's Russian Red or Ruby Woo, or Estée Lauder Velvet Red. Suggestions?

What kind of red are you looking for? True red, blue red, brownish red, orange red? What kind of finish?

Barbie:

I went with Ruby Woo from MAC and I love it!!!

Its very "in your face"-kind of red that just pops, and it goes great with my complicated skin colour which is neither cold or warm. Its a matte finish which I love too and extremely rich and pigmented.

Very Russian and I cant wait to roll into a nice fur coat and some heels with this baby to top it off!

Hopefully with a soon to be nicer face that is.

Ohh, nice! I wish I could pull off red lipstick, but I look more crack whore than sexy and sophisticated in it.

Sometimes just a smidge of crack whore gives a look that bump that it needs to be really spectacular. ;)

Lol, you're funny :P Trust me, I look like a kid, a smidge of crack whore isn't the most flattering look on me.

MAC shadows in Satin Taupe, Smut, Naked Lunch and Woodwinked.
MAC liner in Teddy
L'Oreal Millions of Lashes with their Voluminous original for extra thickness
MAC Jubilee lipstick, Color Me Beautiful lipsticks, or Revlon Matte in Strawberry for real punch
MAC Pinch o Peach blush

Never Over the Hill's eyelash growth conditioner

In Winter I like Armani Silk foundation, in summer Jane Iredale

Skin stuff: Skinceuticals Ferulic & C, Hydroxy Acids by Alpha Hydrox or Paula Begouin, the new Estee Lauder Idealist.

Antehlios XL Tinted lotion

My compounded estriol/kinetin/tretinoin cream

Olay Micro Sculpting cream for winter (to layer over the compounded cream) & their Pro eye cream. Aveeno Lasting Radiance eye cream with soy is light weight but effective & great for summer.

Holy Grail: SkinBiology Copper Peptides - yes, I really think they do what they say. Neutrogena Ion2Complex Gel Cream (a copper peptide that comes with an accompanying cream to layer over) has appeared to lift my upper eyelid skin, over many months using it (I don't use the accompanying cream).

And a good scrub: I use Cosmesis Amber Microdermabrasion from Life Extension

Straycat,
What happened to 'Revive' that pricey cream. I thought you liked that.

Good old Cetaphil moisturiser (the one the comes in a giant tub) - I spray a bit of perfume into it.
Anthelios XL 50 sunscreen
A good spray tan
Redken moisturising conditioner
Not really fussed about make-up brands
