In addition to the rhinoplasty, it also looks like she had a chin implant and possibly some lipo to the area under her chin. Her nasal profile looks pretty nice in this picture. I'd call it a definite improvement.

rhino makes a striking difference on her. but I agree with Mike that perhaps she had a chin implant (small and subtle one) and some lipo.

Talking about chins in the other thread, I think hers is too sharp/skeletonised too. A little bit of fat under the chin is softer

Yes it does. Some of that *may* be due to the fact that she may be squinting, which could be raising her muscle up a tad in that area.

I agree about the lipo, but think the perceived increase in chin prominence is possibly an optical illusion due to the rhino and lipo....smaller nose and more defined jawline = appearance of more prominent chin.
