Doctor Bauman in Florida is the pionneer for this procedure. I have normal eyelashes but would like to have them longer, and more of them. Has anyone undergone this and what do you know of this technique? Thanks.

Why not just used the Latisse stuff. That will make your lashes longer. Welcome back to the boards.
(By the way, you missed my BIG DRAMA. In May, I was evicted from my Cambridge place and in August I moved to Concord. So, my phone number you have for me is disconnected. I'm waiting to get a new land line as Verizon is on strike.)

jeffrey epstein in miami does them. but they are really for severe cases, because transplanted head hair doesn't really grow like eyelash hair. you are better off using latisse, or getting eyelash extensions.

I've used Latisse for some time, it worked okay, but after a few months, I got a permanent redness on my upper eyelids. I've stopped using it over a year ago, my eyelashes went back to normal (unfortunately), but the redness has not disappeared, I don't think it will.
So you think even with having the transplanted eyelashes curled as Bauman advises, it won't look natural ? Bummer...
MissJ, I am sorry to hear about your drama. Just read about it. Please email me with your new number when you have it.

Eyelash transplants can look weird because I think they are taken from hairs on head and they just don't have that 'eyelash look'. They can kind of look like spider legs. I have a land line but it is very basic and does not take the messages because I also have a cell that I'm told to use instead of landline. But I will be happy to give you number when it works. What about trying some of the OTC eyelash growth serums? Revitalash works really well for many people without the side effects associated with Latisse.
