The one I linked to about plastic surgery, as well as the Bill Mumy's "It's a Good Life" are 2 of my favorites, but often there is a marathon of them on TV and there are so many good ones. But the PS one fits here I think. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!!!" Our own eyes most often, not those of other people.

That was ace! I kinda guessed the twist early on because ALL their faces were hidden. Still great stuff though, thanks for posting Eliz : )

Yes it was very predictable! I was surprised to see that there is a modern version as well where the docs are more scar-faced than alien-looking.
I wonder if my memories of seeing this long ago with the blond patient, is the reason why I always think I will awaken looking like Christie Brinkley! LOL! My favorite part is when they all yell out in horror "No change! No change!" Now picture yourself waking up in recovery surrounded by 3 nurses !

Yes, I loved "Twilight Zone" - and often find myself floating in one even today! But seriously, the show was often at my limit for pure SPOOKS! O'course I was way younger then, but would not have wanted to watch an episode while, say, house-sitting alllll aloooooone. Lately, I've become absolutely addicted to old episodes of "The Rockford Files" with James Garner as the utterly likable and relate-able P.I. You can buy these old episodes at Amazon.com, but I am fortunate that one of the "oldie" cable stations in my are runs the series. I can not think of one single other TV show that had as entertaining, gripping, and realistic story lines, combined with excellent casting for both regulars and guests. Check it out now! I Bug U
